Starting with v17.03 Lasersaur has been shipping with the Driveboard Element. This control board features either the M542H, DM542, or the ST-M5045 stepper drivers (M542H manual, DM542 manual, ST-M5045 manual).

These stepper drivers need to be configured to match the stepper motors in use. For the Oriental Motors PKP244D15A (x-drive, 1.5A, 2000 puls/rev), and PKP266D28A (y-drive, 2.0A, 2000 puls/rev), the dip switches need to be configured as follows.
