feat(branding): replace default logo with the ignatius mark - #55

The default is now a square symbol with cream and slate variants for dark and light mode, replacing the noorm wordmark tile.

The default logo was the noorm wordmark tile. It is now the ignatius symbol (entity boxes), as
assets/ignatius-logo-dark.svg(cream) andignatius-logo-light.svg(slate), each embedded for its theme mode.A missing or unreadable user logo now falls back to the default for the same mode instead of one shared mark.
Checked: branding parse, zero-network, graph-branding and app-title checks pass; header screenshots in dark and light.
