Fix dead links in README

Link-checked the README and fixed what is confirmed dead. Every dead URL was re-verified with curl (browser UA; NXDOMAIN double-checked via 8.8.8.8), and every replacement URL returns HTTP 200.

  • curl returns 000 and dig @8.8.8.8 newcasinobonuses.gb.net is empty (NXDOMAIN) — sponsor domain no longer exists. Dead sponsor entry in the sponsors table; remove the whole cell (a+img).
• removed entry with https://parimatch.in/en/football/live
  • curl returns 000 and dig @8.8.8.8 parimatch.in is empty (NXDOMAIN) — the parimatch.in domain is gone. Dead sponsor entry (Parimatch India) in the sponsors table; remove the cell.
• removed entry with https://superluxuryreps.com/
  • curl returns 000 and dig @8.8.8.8 superluxuryreps.com is empty (NXDOMAIN) — sponsor domain no longer exists. Dead sponsor entry; remove the cell.
• removed entry with https://www.casino.escritoscientificos.es/
  • curl returns 000 and dig @8.8.8.8 www.casino.escritoscientificos.es is empty (NXDOMAIN) — sponsor subdomain no longer resolves. Dead sponsor entry; remove the cell.
