Local Solana intelligence: a research lab and a separate live-trading stack. They share a repo name and nothing else — no shared process, no shared secrets.
| Path | What it is |
|---|---|
research/ |
Always-on memecoin research. Public data only. No wallet, no signing, no execution. |
trading/ |
Live spot execution system. Disarmed by default; refuses to arm without explicit risk limits and credentials. |
ops/ |
Optional systemd user units + installer for local autostart. |

cd research
cp .env.example .env
# set SENTINEL_ADMIN_TOKEN to a fresh random value
docker compose up -d --buildDashboard: http://127.0.0.1:8787
python -m pytest -qFor LAN/phone access, copy .env.phone.example → .env.phone (never commit it), then use compose.phone.yaml via ops/install.sh.
trading/ can move real money. Do not start the worker until you have read the wallet and risk docs under trading/docs/ and filled every blank limit in .env. Copy trading/.env.example → trading/.env (gitignored).
Never commit .env, .env.phone, keystores, wallets, PEM/key files, or admin tokens.
Tracked examples are empty placeholders only:
research/.env.exampleresearch/.env.phone.exampletrading/.env.exampletrading/apps/dashboard/.env.example
research/ and trading/ are separate installable packages on purpose. Research tests fail the build if signing/wallet tokens appear in its runtime tree; trading owns those capabilities. Keep them apart.
