Add workload identity / short-lived credentials guidance to the env vars article, prompted by a LinkedIn discussion on the secrets section: - secret-handling ladder (env vars -> mounted files -> secrets manager -> workload identity) in the when-not-to-use section - workload identities bullet + OIDC federation note in production secrets - FAQ and best-practices checklist updated to match (frontmatter in sync) - log follow-up article idea (#23) in the content calendar
