switching keyboard layout link is broken

On section Workflow Summary , the sentence

the link to https://github.com/noctuid/dotfiles/blob/master/remap/README.org is broken. Why would you remove the readme on remap ? I want to read that, where could I found that?

I've just never added it because it's not finished. I can comment here/close this when I've committed it.
