Add a "No duplicate charts between draws" toggle to config settings. When enabled, tracks which charts have been drawn and excludes them from subsequent draws until all eligible charts have been seen. When the remaining deck is too small for a draw, deals what remains then resets and continues drawing. The deck state is stored in ConfigState (usedCharts field) and automatically clears when eligibility-affecting config fields change. https://claude.ai/code/session_01KPRRZHZDNh97tbp4YEF3hw
