Summary

  • add structured chunk annotations stored in frontmatter
  • support querying, tagging, stale detection, and summary reporting
  • add the annotate CLI workflow and annotation test coverage

Testing

  • python3 -m pytest tests/test_annotations.py tests/test_fileops.py tests/test_shelf.py tests/test_versioning.py tests/test_version.py -q
