Show reset timing for secondary usage rows in the compact popover and align them with the main usage card so weekly limits remain readable. Bump the project marketing version to 1.2.0 for the next minor release.

Restores visible reset timing for weekly usage in the compact popover. Secondary usage rows now sit in a subtle container aligned with the 5-Hour card, giving the 7-Day reset label room without crowding the usage bar and percentage.
