docs: reconcile to v1.0, trim the fence prose#67
Merged
Conversation
Cut the 'it can't ship' sections in the README and SECURITY.md to a plain statement: the interposer is a simulator-slice binary Apple won't load on a device, so it can't reach production; CI keeps it that way. Drop the status blockquote (the release badge stays). Lead usage on the auto-arm and the menu's scheme environment, not a --dylib path. Fix the CLI sub-readme command list and the helper's distribution note.

Docs sweep after v1.0 and the bundled-interposer change.
--dylibpath.tools/simenclavectl/README.md: correct command list (noparity), dropBuilt out in M5.
