Central interposer: ObjC swizzles of the CoreBluetooth central surface, a shadow registry, and a loopback transport reusing the C codec. Host events become the guest's delegate callbacks; non-managed callers pass through unchanged. Discovery is not routed and the peripheral role is not implemented in the central interposer. No key material crosses it.
