One BLEConsole drives both roles behind Central, Peripheral, and History tabs, mirroring the SimEnclave example: toast, tristate log with haptics, a SIMBLE_DEMO_SEED hook, brand header, central write and subscribe, and a configurable GATT with a writable characteristic.

The native example becomes one BLEConsole behind Central, Peripheral, and History tabs, matching the SimEnclave example's shape: toast, tristate log lines with haptics, a brand header, and an About sheet.
The central side gains write and subscribe; the peripheral gains a configurable GATT with a writable characteristic. SIMBLE_DEMO_SEED seeds the screens for screenshots, and the mechanism lane's SIMBLE_AUTOSCAN, SIMBLE_AUTOADVERTISE, and SIMBLE_TAB flags are preserved.
