Support for PHP 7.0

[dhilowitz]

I see from your blog post that you made a PHP 7 version. Is this available somewhere?

Does exist today a plugin similiar to boxwood that is PHP7 full compatible?

@filibertocanino Boxwood is PHP 7 compatible. I ended up finding the source. Go to https://github.com/davidsklar/boxwood. Make sure you check out the php7 branch and not the master branch.
