Reworks the narrow sidebar layout (under 48 columns) to look like Rex's session sidebar. The wide table layout is unchanged.

Changes

• One line per agent, with every agent under a plain dim group header (sessions with one agent included) and a blank line between groups.
• The left glyph is the agent type (✳ claude, π pi, ◆ codex), colored by state. Unknown agent types fall back to the status icon.
• The right side shows state + age (⚠ 2m, ● 4s) for agents that need you or just finished, only the spinner for working agents, and nothing for idle ones. Each state has its own glyph, so it still reads with NO_COLOR.
• Titles are plain text, bold when the agent needs you, muted when idle.
• The selected agent gets a full-width background (Catppuccin surface0) plus one detail line (branch · agent · tool). Without color it gets a › marker instead.
• At sidebar width the header is one line of counts (fleet ⚠ 2 ● 1 ⠋ 1 ○ 2) and the footer is just ? help.

Testing

• bun test, bun run lint and bun run typecheck pass. The card layout tests and the sidebar header test were updated for the new layout.
• Ran fleet --sidebar in a 34-column tmux pane against live agents and checked the captured ANSI output. The selected background now covers the whole row, after fixing a bug where the 0; in gray reset it.

Notes

• The selected-row background follows dark/light mode. With a custom palette it uses the dark version.
