feat: add note taking dialog

PD-105 Build notes feature set

Users should be able to:

• Make a selection.
• Click on the "notes" icon button in the dialog that opens.
• Type in a short note in the text box that appears to the right of the newsletter text (if on mobile, this text box dialog will take up the entire screen most likely or be a bottom drawer).
• Save that note and have it appear next to the newsletter text (or at least some indicator that it's there so that the user can click on it again to edit/delete their note).

The Notion and Roam integrations will be in a separate issue. This is just the basic MVP spec.
