Public distribution point for Local AI Installer.

This repository holds no source code. It exists only to serve the files that the installer must fetch anonymously on a target PC:

• catalog.json, catalog.sig, catalog.pub — the Ed25519-signed artifact catalog and its public key
• pi-shim-windows-x64.zip — the confined probe shim
• llama-cuda124-windows-x64.zip — the official llama.cpp CUDA 12.4 build merged with its cudart companion (upstream: ggml-org/llama.cpp, MIT)

The Qwen model and the CPU runtime are not mirrored here: they are fetched straight from Hugging Face and from the official llama.cpp releases.

Every file is pinned by size and SHA-256 inside the signed catalog, and the installer verifies each one before use.
