Hi, my name is Willi Thiel, a software developer and system administrator from Trier, Germany.

I specialize in full-stack JavaScript development and enjoy hardware tinkering with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and ESP32 — from IoT devices to robotics.

In my professional role, I am responsible for network infrastructure, system administration, and virtualization.

I work at an emerging SaaS company in Luxembourg providing solutions for the telecommunications industry, where I manage network administration, SaaS hosting, and Proxmox-based VM management.

Outside of work, I explore photography and creative side projects, all closely tied to the open source community.
