Apply 0.2.2 acceptance-first delivery

Summary

Stacked on #1 (feature/workflow-prep-for-mcp). Applies the agent-workflow-0.2.2-acceptance-first-changes.tar.zst delivery.

• Updates the application to 0.2.2.
• Consolidates release, operations, MCP, testing, and public-readiness documentation.
• Adds acceptance, invariant, future, live, and release test lanes.
• Removes the 257 paths declared by the delivery, including completed prompt packs and superseded evidence/test assets.
• Refreshes release manifests, CI, install guidance, and the MCP prompt-pack sequencing.

Validation

• python3 scripts/audit-release-assets.py: passed.
• python3 -m build --wheel: passed.
• Delivery removal verification: all 257 listed paths absent.

The full acceptance command was also attempted. On this host it is blocked by environment dependency issues: the user-site argparse.py shadows stdlib argparse, and disabling user-site packages leaves /usr/bin/python3 without setuptools.build_meta for the isolated product wheel build.
