ReadObservationsdoes not exist on this branch (it arrived with Add observation search engine and keyword/condition export filters #499), so only theprincipalIdentifierhelper andSaveObservationlogging were kept. The export audit log usesreq.format/req.context.mageEvent.namebecauseCreateExporton this branch does not destructureformat/context(that came with Add observation search engine and keyword/condition export filters #499).Verified: service builds, service tests pass (1111 passing, 0 failing), arcgis plugin tsc clean and jest 42/42. The web-app and other plugins were not built.
Merging back into develop will conflict in
app.impl.exports.tsandapp.impl.observations.ts; resolve by taking develop's version of both.
