New module baysor

Added new module baysor

• container image is from quay.io until a new image is available via wave containers (bioconda package available but returns a faulty cached image on seqera containers)
• output is non-deterministic and only checks for the presence of output files in nf-tests

Can you please add the test data to the nf-core/testdatasets repository, in the modules branch. Don't put it in delete_me.
