Description of proposed changes

Dengue, measles, mumps and zika all use the modern ingest pipeline and no longer pull data from Fauna.

A note about BCCDC is left in MUMPS notes since we didn't receive a response on datause.

I'm not sure if we want to delete these files or just note they are no longer actively maintained. See 1d77d7f.

My reasoning is that we do not ever plan to revert the Dengue, measles, mumps, or Zika pipelines from using NCBI datasets back to the Fauna database. Deleted files will still be available in the GitHub history for code archaeology or "for future reference"

[But I will defer to maintainers here, no pressure to merge, thanks for linking a related commit]
