Summary
This PR adds a basic invitation system for federated calendars. It follows the same principals already applied to file shares:
If there is no automatic acceptance, the user gets a notification like this:
If the notification is being dismissed, there is no other way to see the pending calendars at the moment. This can be integrated into the calendar app in a future release.
