`ini-file: development` disables the pcntl functions, which makes console.php print the PCNTL warning on stdout. That breaks the `Share mounts for ... match` steps which parse the JSON output of `occ files:mount:list`. Signed-off-by: Ferdinand Thiessen <opensource@fthiessen.de>
