Document build/lint/test commands and the backend/frontend architecture for AI coding agents, and incorporate the Nextcloud AI contribution policy section from nextcloud/.github's AGENT_MD_SNIPPETS.md. CLAUDE.md is a one-line pointer to AGENTS.md; its licence info lives in REUSE.toml since the pointer file cannot carry its own header.
