Image referencing plugin for ImageJ

Installation

1. Close the ImageJ/FIJI application
2. Copy the files in the plugin folder to ImageJ-root/plugins/ImageReferencing/
3. Start ImageJ/FIJI again
4. Goto the menu [Plugins] and the sub folder [ImageReferencing] should be among the plugins.

Usage

1. Open images for

• Projection with sample. This can be either a single image or a stack.
• Open beam
• Dark current

2. Mark a ROI for dose calculation in the projection image. The ROI should be in a sample free region.
3. Go to the plugin [Plugins]->[ImageReferencing]->ImageReferencing
4. Select the corresponding images in the drop-down menus
5. Make you processing choices. Mark the check boxes.
6. Compute

Known issues

This is rather old code and you will get some error messages that the module is not up-to-date. The plugin does however still run.
