Docker pulls v2.1.3 instead of v2.2.1 on latest tag

When using the tag netpersona/popcorn:latest or even netpersona/popcorn:v2.2.1 docker still pulls v2.1.3

I've tested this with the unraid template, and running on a ubuntu host with docker. No matter what tag, i cant download v2.2.1 with docker.

I'm seeing this same issue on Unraid. I've also tried various tags but all pull the same v2.1.3 version.

I just pulled with the :latest tag on Unraid and it did in fact pull 2.1.3
