SequentialPlaceras it was deprecated and removed with Xilinx/mlir-aie#3016, preventing I-Voted from working correctly.Resolved a bug where a failed aie2.py execution left the build system in a state where it assumed the MLIR schedule was up-to-date. Now, any call to
makecorrectly re-run the generation task when the previous attempt failed, preventing subsequent build failures with misleading error messages.
