Allow OVRTX device selection

Summary

• add a configurable OVRTX device field and parse it once per renderer
• use the configured device for warp allocations, kernels, and binding maps
• pass the sensor/sim device into OVRTXRendererCfg for tiled cameras

Test plan

• Not run (OVRTX bindings/libovrtx not available on this host)
