Phase 4: recruit three external community validation runs

Goal

Recruit at least three external users to run the network-free community validation protocol against a public revision of the Agentic Commerce Toolkit.

This issue is the approved public collection channel for Phase 4 validation evidence. It does not claim that any tester has completed the protocol yet.

Tester perspectives requested

• Schema consumer
• Command-line user working from a fresh checkout
• ACP builder reviewing the offering and lifecycle mapping

A person may volunteer by commenting with the public technical perspective they want to test. No employer, real name, email address, wallet, account, or private contact information is required. The maintainer will confirm a non-personal validation ID before the run so IDs are not duplicated.

Protocol

1. Read the community validation protocol.
2. Run the repository checks and scripts/run_community_validation.py against a public revision.
3. Review the generated JSON for sensitive data.
4. Set both sharing flags to true only if you intentionally approve public submission.
5. Submit the reviewed result and the bounded feedback template in this issue or through a linked pull request.

Do not paste terminal transcripts, environment dumps, local paths, usernames, hostnames, email addresses, credentials, tokens, cookies, wallet/account identifiers, private communications, or private project details.

What counts

A run counts only when:

• the tester is not acting as the toolkit maintainer for that run;
• the protocol is run against a public revision;
• the machine-readable result conforms to the public schema;
• at least one concrete observation is supplied;
• the tester intentionally approves public sharing;
• reviewed public result and feedback links are recorded here.

Expressions of interest, duplicate maintainer runs, copied output, and unpublished private feedback do not count.

Safety and scope

• The harness is local and network-free.
• It performs no authentication, inference, wallet action, signing, payment, settlement, upload, or live ACP job.
• Generated sharing flags default to false.
• There is currently no inference sponsorship associated with this validation.
• Participation is voluntary and no payment or endorsement is offered or implied.
