Submit new objective with Ctrl/Cmd+Enter#10

Pressing Ctrl+Enter or Cmd+Enter while focused in the "What should the team do?" textarea now creates and starts the objective via the same submit path as the Create & start button. Normal Enter still inserts a newline, and the existing busy guard prevents duplicate submissions.
