A fresh, unmodified Claude Code auto-loads CLAUDE.md, so it should surface the most common task and point at the substantial docs directly, not just say "see AGENTS.md". Carry the repo's change-type pointers (and the served-from-root caveat where the repo publishes its root) into the auto-loaded file, matching the pattern adopted for nano-org and hub-nano-org.
