Polish the hex and matrix themes

Summary

• hex: fix the result screen overlap bug, and write the round stats INTO the dump as real rows — the hex columns are the stat string's actual UTF-8 bytes, surfacing in the ascii gutter
• matrix: the sentence now sits in a cleared band so it reads against the rain, and the result becomes a living panel (TRACE COMPLETE + stats) with the rain still falling around it
