The stream_id arg, if set, will force a unique TCP connection to be used for each unique stream_id. This is intended to be used with Tor stream isolation. Conflicts: electrum_nmc/electrum/commands.py
TODO: Needs rebase once stream isolation for commands merged upstream.
This lets gettransaction do all the hard work regarding SPV verification. TODO: Needs rebase once 5147, 5574, 5653, and 5660 merged upstream.
