The relay already records board changes with the editor's. The replay now rebuilds the board from them and draws it read-only, framed to the whole session's board so the view holds still while shapes appear.

What and why
Stacked on #80. The relay already records board changes along with editor changes, but the replay page only drew the code. For a design room the replay now rebuilds the board from those frames and draws it read-only with the same renderer as the live board. The existing scrubber and play button drive it. The view is framed to the board as it stood at the end of the session, so it holds still while shapes appear.
