Docs-only loop PR. Carries the two commits stranded on the diverged loop/standup-2026-06-26 (1 ahead / 28 behind after #135 merged and main was synced back):

  • 5684434e docs(research): weekly proposals 2026-07-03 (4 propose-only proposals: decay auto-demotion end-to-end, proof-chain provenance, public calibration report, funnel instrumentation)
  • 3dff01e4 docs(standup): tradeclaw daily 2026-07-04

Why a new branch: pushing the old loop branch is non-fast-forward; rebase/force on it is reserved to the owner by docs/ai-improvement/branch-sync-disposition-handoff.md (anti-scope). This supersedes without touching that disposition.

Standup highlights:

Verification: gate requirements met (file exists, 45 lines >= 12, committed on non-protected branch); push verified via git ls-remote (remote tip == local HEAD); staged by explicit path only.

No product code, migrations, deploys, secret writes, or Stripe/Postgres mutations. Numbers are measured (git/gh/graphify output) — no synthesized metrics.

…n end-to-end, proof-chain provenance, public calibration report, funnel instrumentation (propose-only)

Four grill-ready proposals grounded in the post-#136/#139/#144 honesty baseline; each carries Brand-alignment, evidence (repo file:line + external citations), and effort/impact. No product code, no push (local 0/28 behind remote loop branch; divergence recorded in loop state).
…flict escalation; recost probe resolved by #136/#139; drift supersession audit (3 of 12 paths byte-identical to upstream); loop branch diverged 1/28, superseding via loop/standup-2026-07-04 + PR

Code Review

This pull request introduces two new documentation files: a daily standup log for 2026-07-04 and a weekly research document for 2026-07-03 outlining proposals for decay monitoring, proof-chain provenance, confidence calibration, and funnel instrumentation. The feedback recommends adding inline verification arithmetic for mathematical calculations mentioned in both documents (such as the understated cost ratio, the decay threshold, and the graph node difference) to facilitate verification against real data.

Important

The consumer version of Gemini Code Assist on GitHub is being sunset. Starting June 18, 2026, new organization installations will be blocked, and all code review activity will officially cease on July 17, 2026.

…ack landed (PR #150); 3 docs PRs (#143/#149/#150) await owner merge; loop branch still diverged 2/28 pending owner disposition; state-append blocked 3rd run

Graph: 11,482 nodes / 18,034 edges (+12 vs 07-04); God Nodes + 4 import cycles unchanged; 2 new low-confidence pad() inferred edges flagged as name-collision artifacts.

Daily loop 2026-07-05: added docs/automation/standups/2026-07-05.md (cherry-picked onto this lane as 5d6f2374, FF push, no force) so today's standup rides the existing supersession PR instead of opening a 4th competing one. Local loop/standup-2026-06-26 remains diverged 2/28 pending the owner branch-sync disposition. No product code, migrations, or deploys.

…eceipts+strategy-audit pack); backlog down to #149/#143; loop branch diverged 3/28 pending owner disposition; drift lane largely upstream; state-append blocked 5th run

graphify 11,497 nodes / 18,049 edges / 845 communities (code-only, +15/+15). God Nodes + 4 import cycles unchanged. Superseding to remote via PR #149 lane.

Daily loop 2026-07-06: folded today's standup into this lane. Branch loop/standup-2026-07-04 advanced 5d6f2374..ca83c7d4 (FF, no force) — now carries the 07-04 + 07-05 + 07-06 standups plus the stranded 07-03 weekly research. PR #150 (receipts + strategy-audit pack) merged to main yesterday, so the open docs-PR backlog is down to this (#149) and #143 (draft ADR). Diverged loop branch loop/standup-2026-06-26 remains 3/28 ahead/behind, owner disposition still reserved per docs/ai-improvement/branch-sync-disposition-handoff.md.

…ncy pivot opened (58 files, -3084 net) blocked on one red E2E spec (uuid fixture); backlog #152/#149/#143; drift lane grew (+947-line impl log, banner collision); loop branch 4/28 pending owner disposition; state-append blocked 6th run; launcher cwd quirk cost graphify refresh

Daily loop 2026-07-07: standup folded into this lane — cherry-pick 38cf980d (loop/standup-2026-06-26) -> 3429d23, FF push ca83c7d..3429d23. Adds docs/automation/standups/2026-07-07.md only. Headlines: PR #152 (Phase 1 transparency pivot, 58 files, net -3,084) opened and MERGEABLE but blocked on one red Playwright spec (signals API GET; webserver repeats invalid-uuid fixture 'test-user-id-123'); drift lane grew (+947-line implementation-log append, readme-banner.svg edit collides with #152's brand-fixed version); loop branch now 4/28 diverged pending owner disposition.

…GED (with E2E red, merged-around); NEW: all 5 GH cron dispatchers 403 (track-record posting among them, zero visible successes) + live site still serves Pro funnel the merged repo retracted (deploy gap); backlog #149/#143; loop branch 5/28; state-append blocked 7th run; graphify blocked 3rd run (PowerShell tool absent)

Daily fold 2026-07-08: standup acd2fee0 (on diverged loop/standup-2026-06-26, 5/28) cherry-picked to da6e644 on this branch, FF push 3429d23..da6e644 verified via ls-remote. Two NEW production-facing escalations in the standup: (1) all 5 GH cron dispatchers failing HTTP 403 against tradeclaw.win/api/cron/* (zero visible successes; Daily Track Record Post affected — CRON_SECRET mismatch is the unconfirmed lead); (2) live site still serves the Pro $29/mo funnel that merged #152 removed — deploy gap. Details in docs/automation/standups/2026-07-08.md.

…RGED to main (all green); deploy gap now serves 3 retracted paid tiers live (Pro $29/Elite $99), 5d behind Phase 1; cron dispatchers red ~8d (Daily Track Record not posting); loop branch 6/33 vs main; state-append blocked 8th run; graphify blocked on GEMINI_API_KEY

Daily standup 2026-07-11 superseded onto this lane: local commit d58b8157 on loop/standup-2026-06-26 cherry-picked to e6d0940 here (FF da6e644..e6d0940). Highlights: PR #153 Phase 2 detier MERGED to main (all green); deploy gap re-measured worse -- production still serves Pro $29/mo + Elite $99/mo tiers, ~5d behind Phase 1 and ~1d behind Phase 2; GH cron dispatchers red ~8d incl. Daily Track Record Post (public record not auto-posting); loop branch now 6/33 vs main and compounding -- branch-sync disposition owner-reserved.

Verified the suggestion points were already applied in docs (inline arithmetic and verification notes are present in both updated markdown files). No further patch needed from these comments.
