Addresses issues #32 and #34.

Changes:

Document that MarketOrderParams.sender requires SubaccountParams.
- Document that place_market_order is synchronous and must not be awaited.
- Add a matching user guide example.
  Validation:
Python compile check passed.
- git diff --check passed.
