This PR redefines HiFiUTAU Growl to use the upstream Growl behavior and the upstream grwc expression. It replaces the previous HiFiUTAU-specific gwlc expression and custom Growl processing with the upstream Hifisampler Growl algorithm.\n\nBefore merging, please update this branch with the latest upstream OpenUtau code so the PR is applied on top of the current upstream baseline.
