I'm a Lead Software Engineer with over 18 years of experience bridging distributed systems, hybrid cloud architecture, and mission-critical IT operations. I’m recognized for driving enterprise-wide technical strategy, including multi-region cloud deployments and the integration of custom Agentic AI workflows that drastically accelerate developer velocity. I translate complex architectural vision into scalable, high-availability platforms while mentoring engineering teams and championing excellence.
Currently, I'm a Lead Software Engineer focused on DevOps at JPMorgan Chase. Recently, I architected a secure hybrid cloud model integrating AWS ECS Fargate with an on-premise CockroachDB, utilizing JWT encryption to maintain data integrity. This architecture bypassed mandatory downtime and led to invitations to present at the DEVUP and POWERUP national conferences. My day-to-day involves championing modern enterprise AI tooling, where I have built automated agentic workflows integrating Claude and GitHub Copilot directly into the SDLC. I also spearheaded a year-long architectural refactor and cloud migration from Vanilla React to ViteJS, drastically reducing code complexity by cutting useEffect usage from 120 to 23 and useMemo from 79 to 0.
Beyond the architecture, I am a strategic leader who prioritizes team growth. I spearheaded the 2025 Summer Internship program for our Line of Business, prioritizing individual career paths and assigning high-impact production stories.
- JPMorgan Chase (Lead Software Engineer, DevOps): Led a major database migration initiative by building a custom Java application utilizing Pentaho dataflow orchestration to migrate schemas from CockroachDB to AWS Aurora. Integrated Generative AI tools like AgileGPT to automate release note generation, and championed modern testing frameworks using Playwright, JMeter, and BlazeMeter.
- Accenture (Full Stack Software Engineer): Designed an in-house inventory system using Angular, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB. Developed and maintained six microservices using Spring Boot, Angular 11, and OpenShift.
- Trinity-Health (Sr. Desktop and Networking Support): Orchestrated IT operations across multiple hospital campuses, overseeing enterprise hardware, TCP/IP networking, and AD Group Policy objects to ensure 24/7 system availability. Led a team of nine contractors for a massive nine-month campus-wide Windows 10 migration. Designed and executed .NET and PowerShell solutions to manage remote machine status.

A quick note on my projects: If you are arriving here from an older resume, you might notice I recently moved my primary repositories from GitHub to GitLab. I made the switch to consolidate my DevOps workflow—GitLab's natively integrated CI/CD pipelines offer a much tighter, more robust experience for automating my infrastructure deployments and managing project lifecycles all in one place. Plus, their UI is a better experience.
