Using this as a starting point for #21.
I'm still relatively new to toml, so I'm not sure if I've followed the spec correctly. Up for debate is whether to use a multiline basic or a multiline literal.
Also, is it alright that I've handle some java eclipse warnings as a part of this PR? Should I separate them out?
