Node.js 20 reaches EOL (Apr 2026) and the nodejs20.x Lambda runtime follows; move the wake function to the current LTS, nodejs24.x. Handler is unchanged (AWS SDK v3 is runtime-provided; ESM works identically on Node 24). Already applied to the live stack via cdk deploy; this lands the code so it matches the deployed runtime.
