- Drop the "single docker compose up" claim; describe the real local flow (pnpm db:up data plane + apps as processes) and add a full-stack-in-Docker smoke-test path via the prod-local override. - Clarify the local env story: dev needs no secrets (trust auth), which is why .env.example is fully commented. - EBS 16 GB -> 10 GB (matches ComputeStack), drop the removed deploy-web.yml reference (Cloudflare Pages deploys via its own Git integration). - Test inventory: web 22->24, cdk 9->13, total 157->163.
