docs: citpy is reproducible ~/code/citpy output, not hand-copied notes - #73

Correct the "citpy on the server" note added in #72: citpy/ is not hand-copied consumer notes but reproducible output of the ~/code/citpy tool, read via COTMETRICS_CITPY. On the server, regenerate it or point COTMETRICS_CITPY at that tool's own output directory rather than mirroring it through the store. The push exclusion and the delete-protection it provides are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What
One-line wording fix to the "citpy on the server" note added in #72.
Why
#72 described
citpy/as "hand-copied, consumer-owned notes." It is actually reproducible output of the~/code/citpytool, read viaCOTMETRICS_CITPY. The guidance now says to regenerate it on the server (or pointCOTMETRICS_CITPYat that tool's own output directory) rather than mirroring it through the store. The push exclusion of
citpy/and the--deleteprotection it provides are unchanged; only the description of what citpy is, and how to populate it on the server, are corrected.Docs only.
