Currently using the current setup we're loading 1.5MB of CSS for semantic UI.
There should be a framework which is loaded which is optimized for real use-cases and which is documented and styled to fit with the Drupal design.
This should either work by having one mono-lib which is not so big, or by exposing libraries with components and their respective CSS as Drupal libraries (Then the contrib components can have these listed as dependencies)
