feat: add folder command and misc

Added new command for folder and its 5 subcommands get, list,update, delete and move.
A use-case for this is to get the folder name of another fabric item, e.g. a notebook:

$ folder_id=$(msfu notebook list --workspace-id 2eb03af2-02a2-4ece-8ac6-0f3ed500570b -y | jq -r '.content.value[] | select(.displayName == "MyFabricNotebook") | .folderId')
$ msfu folder get --workspace-id 2eb03af2-02a2-4ece-8ac6-0f3ed500570b --folder-id $folder_id -y

Also added support for fabricGitFolder format for Notebooks.

Lastly, upgraded dependency and build system to use uv.
