PhotoDissociation Region Toolbox Python Notebooks

These are Jupyter notebook examples of how to use pdrtpy, an analysis package for photodissociation regions (PDRs).

Installation

First, install pdrtpy:

pip install pdrtpy

Then download these notebooks:

git clone https://github.com/mpound/pdrtpy-nb.git

If you don't have git, you can navigate to https://github.com/mpound/pdrtpy-nb and download the notebooks folder by hand.

That's it!

How to Use

It's very easy:

cd pdrtpy-nb
jupyter notebook (or jupyter lab)

Then play with the notebooks however you like. Please report any issues you have!

Requirements

Python 3 and recent versions of astropy, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, jupyter, lmfit, emcee, corner.
