- Built modular KYC platform from scratch in 1 month with a team of 5 — 100× cost reduction vs vendors ($7 → <$0.01 per 1000 verifications, OSS + internal proprietary modules), presented to C-level stakeholders
- Set up low-latency MySQL → BigQuery stream replication for 2.5+ TB; reduced analytical query times from weeks to seconds; authored first centralized DB documentation (100+ tables)
- Anti-cheat analytics pipeline for a crypto wallet platform — ~90% precision, 0 false positives, automated detection and banning of 100% of gross violators
- CLIP model distillation (teacher-student): 50% size reduction, only 2-3% accuracy loss
- 10+ merged PRs to DeepPavlov's Dream ecosystem (voice, multimodal, agents, ROS)
- Built Dream ↔ ROS integration with Minecraft adapter using VLMs; recursive task decomposition for agent control (Master's thesis)
- Crypto market intelligence platform in <1 month: NER-based ingestion, RAG chat, multi-model ensemble with intent routing and ML predictors on Vertex AI
- Led various teams on contract basis, helping small startups to go from idea to Launch within months - communicating with founders and investors, translating ideas into decisions, roadmaps and concrete tasks
