Add recording-derived outbound seed suite

What changed

• Added a public-safe recording-derived outbound leadgen seed suite.
• Documented the private 50-recording intake result without raw URLs, filenames, phone numbers, customer identifiers, or transcript excerpts.
• Added the new suite to the example catalog, README example tables, and docs tests.
• Added sanitization coverage for the new public seed assets.
