Support outbound leadgen HTTP bridge demo

What changed

• Added outbound lead-generation handling to the public HTTP agent example.
• Added a public-safe HTTP bridge demo report for the Chinese outbound guardrail suite.
• Linked the new demo from both README entry points.
• Covered opt-out, gift-promise, private-channel, and child-data boundaries in the HTTP example test.
