Minimize to systray when recording

I think it would be great to have the app display or minimize to systray when recording screen as I find more "standard" to recording apps. Also without the window you can get like a clean stage for recording the screen.

Neither GNOME nor elementary OS have a "systray." A more future-proof approach would be ensuring that Screen Recorder works correctly with the Screencast Portal so that OSes and desktops can display the indication in a way that makes sense on that desktop.
