Code Review
This pull request introduces a temporary fix in the CI pipeline by pinning the transformers package to versions older than 5.0. This is achieved by adding a pip install command within a conditional block in the CI script. While this likely resolves an immediate compatibility issue, it creates a divergence between the dependencies defined in the project's requirements files and those used in this specific CI job. My review highlights this inconsistency and suggests a more robust approach to dependency management for better maintainability.

Pinning the transformers version here causes the dependencies for this CI job to differ from those specified in requirements/framework.txt (which states transformers>=4.33). This can lead to inconsistencies between local development environments and CI builds, making it more difficult to reproduce and debug issues. For better dependency management and consistency across all environments, it would be preferable to update the constraint directly in requirements/framework.txt to transformers>=4.33,<5.0.
